There are two rubber pads at the foot of the MercuryBox. The rubber pads grip on the surface firmly and prevent the speaker from falling.

It has a slim rectangular shape and has five bubble buttons at the top. The buttons control the volume, audio track, Bluetooth connectivity, and calls. The top panel also houses the tiny microphone which means it allows answering incoming calls with the wireless speaker. The right panel of the speaker houses a flap which covers the AUX and charging ports.

The Inateck MercuryBox has an IPX5 certification which means it’s water resistant. It can withstand moisture and splashes of water. Carry it along to the beach or even in the shower and have no worries!

For a small size, you might think that the audio it delivers isn’t quite as incredible as it is.

Sound Quality

Transmission

You can stream music with or without wires with this wireless speaker using a Bluetooth connection. It uses the Bluetooth 4.0 version for wireless streaming. The maximum distance away from the audio source is 30 feet. You can stream music with wires especially from audio devices without Bluetooth. There’s a 3.5mm jack in the speaker, and the package includes an audio cable.

Battery

You can play continuous music from 10 to 15 hours with its 1800 mAh rechargeable battery. Running out of battery? Charge it with the charging cable included in the package.

HIGHLIGHTS

The splash-proof design is great since I love swimming at the beach. I can even bring it in the bathroom. Spending some me-time in the bathtub with relaxing music is the best. Battery life is at its peak. Inateck MercuryBox wireless speaker is fantastic.
